In Project Management we bring the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to a broad range of activities to meet the requirements of a project.
We bring:
The process of directing and controlling a project from start to finish in 4 basic phases:

1. Project conception and initiation.
2. Project definition and planning.
3. Project launch or execution.
4. Project performance and control.
 
Our Project Managers will compare project status and progress to the actual plan, as resources perform the scheduled work.

Project Controls

In the Project Controls discipline,
 We bring:
1. Project strategy, undertaking planning and methods studies to help optimise future outcomes;
2. Scheduling including development, updating and maintenance;
3. Cost estimation, cost engineering/control and value engineering;
4. Forensic Assessment for required diagnosis of schedule and cost
5. Supplier performance measurement / oversight (but excluding contract administration)

Risk Analysis

​Risk being made up of two parts:
1. The probability of something going wrong
2. The negative consequences if it does.
We bring:
Risk management, including maintaining the risk register and risk analysis/assessment; when you're planning projects, to help you anticipate and neutralize possible problems:

1. When you're deciding whether or not to move forward with a project
2. When you're improving safety and managing potential risks in the workplace
3. When you're preparing for events such as equipment or technology failure.
4. When you're planning for changes in your environment, such as new competitors coming into the market, or changes to government policy.

Performance Analysis

In Project Performance and/or Personnel Performance
We bring:
Earned Value Management, Earned Scheduling, including WBS, OBS and other breakdown structures. Some of the tools used in assessing expected performance,
 include: 
1. Examination of various financial performance indicators in comparison with the results planned or expected.
2. Examination of the performance of current employees to determine if training can help reduce performance problems such as low output, uneven quality, excessive waste, activity analysis, job analysis, and task analysis.
